When I got married almost 10 years ago, I planned the celebration myself with a modest budget and negligible event experience--which resulted in a few cringe-worthy moments on our big day (like having to ask an Aunt last minute to cut and serve the cake!). Life's funny, though, and I found myself managing weddings professionally a few months later.
Now with two beautiful daughters, years of experience and countless weddings behind me, I am working to help self-planning brides just like me with their weddings. By sharing my tips, tricks, and an expert analysis of your wedding plans I'll help make sure the only hiccups on the wedding day are caused by too much champagne.
