If your wedding is right around the corner and you're wondering what you may be missing, this service is for you. We'll sit down via Zoom to thoroughly check every detail you've planned for your rehearsal and wedding including decorations, timelines, floor plans, vendor responsibilities, physical event progression, budget, personnel assignments and more. This is a think-tank style meeting to discuss creative solutions, overlooked elements, and unnecessary expenditures, as well as offer suggestions to increase efficiency and reduce surprises.

Afterwards, I'll outline everything we discussed in an easy to read format that can be added to your wedding binder.
Silver Checking Service
$360
Recommended booking 1-2 months in advance of event.

This Checking Service is for the couple whose wedding is approaching and who are now realizing the magnitude of what they've taken on in their self-planning. We'll sit down via Zoom to discuss all the plans you have in place for your upcoming rehearsal and wedding, talk next steps and approaching deadlines. I'll offer feedback on your plans, suggestions to increase efficiency, plus let you know where you're on track to give you peace of mind.

We'll stay in touch via email and talk again two weeks before the big day to make sure all those DIY ducks are in their rows.

Throughout our time, I"ll compile and keep-updated all of your plans in an easy to read format that can be added right to your wedding binder.
Gold Checking Service
$575
Recommended booking 1-6 months in advance of event.

The success of your event relies not only on your plans + execution but the plans + execution of your vendors, and your understanding of their roles. In addition to thoroughly reviewing all of your existing wedding plans as outlined above, I will review contracts, communicate your expectations + plans to all of your booked vendors and make sure their capacities will cover your needs.

We'll stay in touch via email and talk again two weeks before the big day to see that everything is ready to go.

Platinum Checking Service
$1400
Recommended booking 1-6 months in advance of event.
Subject to availability. Travel fee may apply.

When DIY makes you cry, cry, cry, it is time to call in reinforcements! In addition to planning with you, this service includes day-of decorating and coordination at your ceremony and/or reception location to make your plans come to life without sucking the life out of you.
​
Includes up to 8 hours on-site coordination. Additional time available.
